Module 2: Becoming Unhookable

When you are Unhookable, you have more freedom to navigate the space. You’re able to receive the value from Space Holders around you and stay fully connected with clients, no matter what’s thrown your way.

Losing your center, becoming reactive, and getting dragged outside of “free navigation” is what we call “getting hooked.”

Examples:

  • Your mother makes a comment, and you think about it every time you eat.

  • Your partner leaves without a goodbye, and you replay it all day.

  • A client wasn’t present, but they repeatedly ask you to explain yourself.

These hooks push ‘buttons’ within—emotional triggers, old voices, patterns—keeping you locked.

In this 6-week Unhookable training, you will:

  • Identify your specific hooks

  • Unbundle your triggers with healing experiments

  • Shift your identity to truly become Unhookable

  • Practice tools that leave a gap between you and the hooks

This training is for Space Holders who want to master Unhookable tools. It includes team exercises and improvisational practices that teach how to unhook and remain centered.
