Training Agreement

Space Holder Training is a space for Clarity, Connection, Empowerment, Transformation, Adventure, and Radical Responsibility. By participating, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time – The space closes at 12:35 pm ET/6:35 pm CET. Latecomers will not be admitted unless arranged in advance.

  • Commit fully – This is not school. This is a space of experimentation. You choose to engage, try new things, and practice. Without this, it won’t work for you.

  • Be present – Attend all 6 meetings from start to finish unless you have created a different agreement with us in advance. If you miss a session without prior notice, you must speak with a Space Holder before returning. In emergencies, no problem. Otherwise, your return is not guaranteed.

  • Engage actively – Show up in the space and in the Telegram group between sessions. Your way of participating is up to you—no one can define it or do it for you.

  • Hold Radical Responsibility – Own your experience. Honor the group’s time and process. Minimize distractions.

  • Confidentiality – What is shared in the training stays in the training.

  • Practice – Experiments are not concepts. They require action. You commit to practicing what is given for the week.
